How serious do the aurthorities want to get rid of the graffiti form?
They are willing enough to violate the civil rights of the perps!
Here is a link to an interesting article that was posted in the Las Vegas Sun today.
The Mayor of Vegas is willing to take a sick joke before the courts!
His idea is to schackle a writer, medieval style, and having the public line up to paint the writers face.
Not to mention that a 19 year old Reno teen was sentenced to two years in jail for the repeated crime of graff. I think there are far worse crimes that are being committed when a teen has to loose two years of his life for painting on a wall. Crack dealers are given leaner sentences and better treatment than that!
