    I THINK THIS GUY ^^ MEANT TO SAY, FROM THE BEGINNING OF TIME. AND I AGREE, THIS IS NOT GOING TO STOP SHIT.
    THIS IS YET ANOTHER LAW TO HARRASS THE YOUTH. THEY CAN NOW PIN A MARKER ON A YOUTH AND SAY THAT IT IS ILLEGAL TO CARRY ONE? THAT’S INSANE. WE ALL KNOW THAT KIDS USE MORE MARKERS THAN PEOPLE OVER 21.
    THIS IS JUST DUMB.
