PAULSBORO The borough has adopted a new graffiti ordinance that would hold parents liable for their children’s offenses and level harsh penalties for would-be “artists.”
The law also requires property owners to remove the graffiti within 90 days’ notice, otherwise the township can remove the graffiti at the owner’s expense.
