Harsh sentences being handed out in NYC to help curve the Graff from ‘getting up’. Have the sentences being handed out really helped curve the form?
Here is some of the story from the New York Post:
An international graffiti vandal was sentenced yesterday to six months in jail for defacing subway cars in Queens — the same six months she’s serving for tagging trains in three other boroughs.
Danielle Bremner, who used the tags “Erin,” “Dani” and “Utah,” pleaded guilty in April to a single count of felony criminal mischief for vandalizing six subway cars in Queens, causing more than $6,000 in damage between September 2005 and April 2008.

they had a nationwide warrant for her arrest. she was arrested at an airport getting off an international flight. they dont put out these alerts for anyone. considering the amount of work they put in to get her, id say she got off light. she was probably under investigation for over a year. they gathered mad evidence against her. she was stupid enough to keep mad evidence at her crib, when her parents only lived 10 mi away. 6 months is really nothing. antuan mentions bush, but what about the troops who are doing the actual killing? they dont get any heat. in fact, they seem to be really respected in america.
